The Deutschland Favorit seal is awarded by SZ Institut (part of Süddeutsche Zeitung) in partnership with Statista. It identifies products that excel in both consumer popularity and independent expert evaluation. The process runs in two stages: first, readers of the Süddeutsche Zeitung and a consumer panel vote on submitted products across a range of categories. Products that rank highly then advance to a second stage, where a panel of independent experts evaluates them against quality criteria. Only products that pass both stages are entitled to use the seal.

The 2023/24 award was based on a survey period of July and August 2023, with 4,027 consumers participating. FLOWZOOM received the seal for the COMFY Travel Pillow (Health & Bodycare category), the AIR Travel Pillow (Mobility category), the HEAVEN Sleep Mask (Health & Bodycare category), and the SHAKEE Luggage Scale (Mobility category).

The IGR seal is awarded by the Institut für Gesundheit und Ergonomie, an independent body that certifies products meeting strict ergonomic and health standards. Evaluation is carried out by an independent committee that assesses each product for physical adaptation to users, usability, and technical composition. Testing is based on internationally recognized standards, including DIN EN ISO 26800 and EN ISO 15537. The certification process is binary: products either meet the required standards or they do not — there is no intermediate grading.

FLOWZOOM products were physically evaluated by the IGR committee and confirmed to meet the required criteria. The test certificate for the FLOWZOOM AIR was issued on May 17, 2022.

The DIIND seal is awarded by the Deutsches Innovationsinstitut für Nachhaltigkeit und Digitalisierung in cooperation with the business magazine DUP UNTERNEHMER. It recognizes companies that demonstrate measurable commitment to sustainability, digitalization, and future-oriented business practices.

The award is based on a multi-stage audit process that examines a company's readiness for the future across both dimensions. Past editions of the award have carried political patronage at federal ministerial level.

FLOWZOOM GmbH successfully passed the DIIND audit and was awarded the title Unternehmen der Zukunft (Company of the Future).

The F.A.Z. Kaufkompass is the independent consumer test portal of the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung. It publishes expert-led product reviews across categories including Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, and Sport & Outdoor. Products are physically tested by specialist editors in real-world conditions, and the methodology is designed to be neutral, independent, and significantly more detailed than standard online test reports.

Recommendations from F.A.Z. Kaufkompass reach approximately 4 million page views per month and are also featured on platforms such as CHIP and Focus Online. FLOWZOOM AIR was awarded the designation Testsieger (Test Winner), and FLOWZOOM COMFY received the designation Empfehlung (Recommendation). The AIR secured the Testsieger designation in both 2024 and 2025.

The IFV seal is issued by the Deutsches Institut für Verbraucherschutz and certifies that a product meets the requirements of the DVN:5750-Norm.

Certification is granted following a formal audit and independent physical product testing. The seal applies to all versions and variants within the certified product line. FLOWZOOM's neck pillow underwent testing on November 24, 2025, and was confirmed to meet the DVN:5750-Norm standard, qualifying for the designation Geprüfte Qualität (Certified Quality).
